I like to eat lighter before a class so on a Monday I’ll tend to have a snack in the later afternoon.
These yummy wraps are colourful and tasty and will keep you going!
Multi seed wrap with avocado, beetroot, carrots, spinach, hummus and peppers. A little lemon juice and pepper and your good to wrap and scoff!
