Tips for beginners
Starting your yoga journey and stepping onto your mat for the first time can seem daunting. I am dedicated to give you the best experience on your first visit and aim to make you feel welcome, relaxed and happy.
As with anything new to us it can take a while to feel the benefits of practice and at times, we feel challenged. With patience and encouragement, I will help you to move forward and embrace every aspect of your practice as a positive step.
Prepare for class
So that you arrive feeling calm, please aim for at least 15 minutes before class starts. Its recommended that you refrain from eating at least 2 hours prior to practice but make sure that you are well hydrated with lots of H20.
Bring with you your yoga mat, (I have mats to hire £1) water bottle and a blanket or warm top and socks for savasana (relaxation)
