Meat free Mondays

After our indulgence of the weekend, eating a little lighter or healthier on a Monday is a good way to kick start your week! Wether you're a vegetarian or not why not try a meat free Monday? I like to eat lighter before a class so on a Monday I'll tend to have a snack in the later afternoon. These yummy wraps are colourful and tasty and will keep you going! Multi seed wrap with avocado, beetroot, carrots, spinach, hummus and peppers. A little lemon juice and pepper and your good to wrap and scoff! Happy munching! Xx...

Mantra

Mantra (fourth path of yoga)

Mantras are used in yoga in order to sooth and harmonise the mind and the body. Repetition of positive words can have a positive impact on the mind. Mantra helps to focus the mind and develops sense withdrawl (pratyahara) realising what is within us as we withdraw our senses to other distractions.
